Christmas Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

1. The Spinback Furniture Christmas Giveaway is open to participants aged 18 years and above, residing in Europe.

2. The competition commences at 19:00 (7:00 PM) GMT on December 12th and concludes at 00:00 (midnight) GMT on December 24th.

3. To enter, participants must

• follow @spinbackfurniture

• like the designated giveaway post

• share it on their story

• tag three friends.

4. The winner will be selected randomly and announced on Spinback Furniture's official social media accounts on Christmas Day.

5. The prize includes a bespoke record trolley tailored to the winner's record player preferences, but does not include delivery. The winner is responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with the delivery of the prize.

6. In the event the winner is unable to organise delivery, Spinback Furniture reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Spinback Furniture shall not be liable for any issues arising during the delivery process, including delays, damages, or loss of the prize.

8. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

9. Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
